These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of services by:

Services
The website offers services including:
- Furniture modelling (e.g. SketchUp and similar tools)
- Technical drawings and production documentation
- Design support and consultation
- In some cases, furniture manufacturing and installation
All services are provided on a project-by-project basis.
Enquiries and Communication
- Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not create a binding agreement
- A contract is formed only after:
- Scope is agreed
- Pricing is confirmed
- Work is accepted by both parties
Communication may take place via email, telephone, or other agreed methods, including online meetings, messaging platforms, or in-person meetings, depending on the needs of the project.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time
- Prices may vary if:
- Project scope changes
- Additional work is required
All prices will be clearly communicated before work begins.
Payment Terms
- Services are invoiced directly (no online payments via the website)
- Payment terms will be specified on the invoice
- Late payments may result in:
- Delays in project delivery
- Suspension of work
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Interest on overdue invoices may be charged under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 580 of 2012).
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Review and approve work in a timely manner
- Avoid submitting unlawful or inappropriate content
- Not upload sensitive personal data via the website
Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of conceptalab.com unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Upon receipt of full payment, ConceptaLab assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the specific deliverables produced for that project
- ConceptaLab retains all rights in its own tools, templates, and methods
Revisions and Changes
- Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs
Installation services
Where installation is agreed, the client is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable site access. ConceptaLab is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing site conditions not disclosed prior to the visit. Any additional works required on-site that were not scoped will be agreed and costed before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided with reasonable care and skill
- No guarantee is made that deliverables will meet all expectations unless explicitly agreed
- conceptalab.com is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, business, or opportunity
File Uploads and Content
- Files uploaded via the website must not contain:
- Sensitive personal data
- Illegal or harmful content
- Uploaded materials are used solely for project evaluation and communication
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Introduce malicious software
Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project by giving 14 days’ written notice. Work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date will be invoiced and remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
